Booking Policy

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required when booking

  • Deposits and payments can be made through Cash or Zelle.

  • The remaining balance will be due upon arrival to the appointment

  • The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred for another appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled

  • Clients are not allowed to bring additional guests to their appointment

  • The deposit is not refunded for any cancellations

  • We do send out a reminder the day before your lash appointment. Please confirm you will be making it to your appointment. If you do not confirm, I will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • When booking your appointment, for fill-ins, please ensure you have at least 50% of your lashes left

  • Anything less than 50%, will result in being charged for a full set time of your appointment

  • Please keep in mind if you require more than 50% of lashes and are only booked for a fill-in, I may not have time to extend your appointment. Your appointment may have to be canceled and will need to reschedule your appointment for another date and time

  • If you are unsure whether to book for a fill-in or full set, please message me on Instagram with a selfie of your current eyelashes. I can give you a consultation and confirm which appointment is suitable for you

  • I cannot fill in lashes from another lash artist and if removal is required at time of your appointment you will be charged a $10 fee for this service

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow extra guests.
